As the HOA Landscape Chairmen for the past three years, I have been impressed with Renée during her time as director.

Renée brings with her, years of business experience that gives her the ability to remain calm during chaos which is exactly what our HOA needs.  She is organized and analytical in her thinking and always looking for what is best for our HOA. She is able to make the tough decisions that most of us would not want to make.

I attend most of the "Coffee with the Director" and I was very impressed with Renée's ability to speak one on one with homeowners to explain the laws and regulation's regarding the managing of our HOA.

She is always looking to improve our amenities by adding such things as the water bottle filling stations throughout the Club House area and the new pedal boats.

In addition, she has challenged me in my position as Landscape Chairmen to think ahead and to always ensure the Landscape committee if working closely with Bemus on the placements of plants, adding additional drought resistance plants and proper placement of mulch.

Overall, it is my belief that Renée has been a true asset to our community, and I will vote for to continue in her current position.

I think Renee Osburn makes an excellent Director for Sunnymead Ranch because she is competent, educated and organized. She is calm under pressure and treats everyone with respect, even if she disagrees with them. 

Renee is always thinking about ways to make things better and to make our HOA fiscally sound, especially for her fellow Sunnymead Ranch homeowners.

As an original homeowner, I’ve been pleased with the current leadership Renee has provided to our HOA. 

My family has attended every event this year and I have been pleased with each one. I also bring my grandson to the playground weekly, so I’ve been really happy with the new Bottle Filler Water Fountains for ease in filling his water bottle.

As a California resident water conservation is important to all of us, so I’ve been pleased to see the turf renovations which will reduce the cost of water which will benefit all HOA owners.

My 35 years in business management makes it easy to recognize the business skills Renee brings to her current position as Director of the HOA. 

Anyone who has observed Renée at Open Session Board Meetings I hope can agree with me that she is a woman of great intelligence, dedication, and professionalism.  

Renée has worked tirelessly to benefit our HOA with her creativity, technology expertise, sound business judgment, and leadership skills acquired from her years of varied business experience. 

I have known Director Osburn since 2019 and she has proven to be an asset to the SRPCA Board of Directors.  Her diligent work ethic and her perseverance in detailing projects assures that they be completed correctly and without endangerment to the safety of our community.

I believe Renée Osburn to be an ideal candidate to continue service on our Board of Directors.  She has always worked in the best interest of our community and will continue to do so.
